Weight: Total combined passenger weight (including belongings) must not exceed 380 lbs.
Health limitations: Not recommended for individuals with severe motion sickness or conditions aggravated by air travel.
Physical limitations: Participants must be able to board and exit a small aircraft with minimal assistance.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children ages 2 and above are welcome with a paid ticket (infants under 2 not permitted).
Individuals with disabilities: Boarding small aircraft may be limited; please confirm with the operator before booking.
Languages: Tour conducted in English.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 90 minutes of flight time.
What’s included: A private sightseeing flight in a Cessna 172 over San Marcos, Canyon Lake, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Lake Travis, the Pennybacker Bridge, downtown Austin, and the Circuit of the Americas.
Who will be present: A licensed pilot will operate the aircraft. The plane accommodates up to 2-3 passengers privately.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed; only ticketed passengers may board.
Photo/ video: Guests may take personal photos and videos during the flight.
Specific rules to follow: All passengers must comply with pilot safety instructions. Smoking is not permitted.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Flights are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure for check-in and safety briefing.
Parking: Free parking is available at San Marcos Regional Airport. Departures from Austin Bergstrom (Million Air Terminal) are available for an additional $75 fee.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
