What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 3 hours
• What’s included: Immersive live entertainment blending circus, cabaret, and comedy
• Who will be present: World-class performers, table-side entertainers, and fellow guests.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: Guests may take photos and videos of the show (excluding full-length videos). Flash photography and the use of phone flashlights are prohibited. Live streaming (e.g., Instagram or Facebook Live) is strictly prohibited.
• Specific rules to follow: Guests in the Inner Ring may be reassigned to different seating if arriving more than 15 minutes late for safety reasons.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive early. Doors open one hour before showtime, with pre-show entertainment beginning approximately 30 minutes before showtime.
• Parking: The venue is located in Chicago’s Loop; guests are advised to allow extra time for traffic and parking.
• What to wear: Guests are encouraged to dress formally.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available on-site.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
