Welcome to Time Crisis Management in Rancho Cucamonga, CA! We invite you to join us on a wild ride through time and space as you attempt to restore the past and save the future. Our digitally-interactive escape room adventure is perfect for ages 13 and up, and we do allow younger players, but a paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under.
As part of the Time Crisis Management team, you’re tasked with addressing life-threatening issues, no matter what decade they happen in. With just one ticket swipe on Timeliner, the time-traveling train, you can easily hop between centuries, from the Jurassic to Medieval and everything in between.
But you’ll have to hurry! All it takes is one mistake in the past for the entire future to become totally distorted.
Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
The Partner can reschedule games up to 4 hours before your reservation time. Within 4 hours of the start time, the game is not transferable and non-refundable.

Our party consisted of four people, including both experienced escape room enthusiasts and newcomers. We had an absolute blast! What made the experience even more memorable was the fact that we had informed the escape room staff about it being my birthday. To our delight, they had prepared a surprise in the room, adding a wonderful and unexpected touch. We are eagerly looking forward to returning and exploring their other thrilling experiences!
The staff at this escape room were absolutely incredible. The mazes were loads of fun, and the puzzles were modern and kept us on our toes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we're already planning our next visit. We highly recommend it!
