Located beneath Monterey’s historic Cannery Row, the ride plunges guests into a legendary underground world once used by real pirates to stash their loot. Practical information

Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: All age groups are welcome.
  • Height: Minimum height of 36” if accompanied by an adult, and 52” if unaccompanied.
  • Health limitations: Not recommended for guests with heart, blood pressure, back, or neck issues, motion sickness, or those sensitive to strobe lights. Pregnant guests should not ride.
  • Physical limitations: Guests must be able to fit comfortably within the ride car to allow the safety restraint bar to function properly.
    Who can you accommodate for?
  • Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
  • Individuals with disabilities: The facility is fully ADA accessible. Guests using wheelchairs or mobility devices can use the elevator to access the caverns. Guests must be able to transfer into ride seats and maintain upper body strength. Service animals are not allowed on the ride due to its moving nature.
    What to expect on the day of the experience?
  • Duration: Approximately 20 minutes from entry to exit.
  • What’s included: An immersive pirate-themed interactive dark ride experience
  • Who will be present: Guests ride in vehicles accommodating up to 4 people.
  • Spectators: No spectators allowed without a ticket; all guests must have admission.
  • Photo/video: Photos and videos are allowed during the ride but no flash photography.
    How to prepare?
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled ride time.
  • Parking: Parking is available nearby but parking validation is not provided.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing recommended
  • What to bring: Phones and cameras are allowed
  • What’s not allowed: Large items on the ride, open food or drinks, firearms or weapons.
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available on site.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked.
