Who can you accommodate for?

  • Pets: No pets allowed

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months
  • What’s included: A Monthly Membership with:
    • True-to-life virtual golf environments with quantifiable metrics through short-game tools such as Puttview and SAM Putt Lab to work on distance, green reading, stoke & more.
    • Multiple high-speed cameras both down-the-line and front facing provide high-quality, slow motion video playback of every swing.
    • Custom-built simulators powered by industry-leader TrackMan Golf launch monitors provide actionable data such as ball flight, spin rate, swing speed, club path, attack angle and more!
  • Who will be present: Our simulators are capped at 6 people per reservation. This means you may bring up to 5 guests with you! Please note the simulators must be booked under the members' account for your member benefits to be applied.
  • Spectators: Currently the capacity of each location is different due to COVID restrictions. Please contact your partner for more details
  • Photo/ video: You can take your own photos

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance
  • Parking: You can park your car on the premises
  • What to wear: While athletic attire is preferred, the key is to feel comfortable while swinging a golf club. The atmosphere is casual, so there's no need for strict golf attire. Sneakers or rubber-soled shoes are ideal for indoor use and highly recommended. If you're more comfortable with golf spikes, you're welcome to wear them, but avoid dress shoes or any footwear with slippery soles as they aren't suitable for this activity.
  • What to bring: While practicing with your own outdoor clubs is beneficial, we get that it's not always convenient in the city. Don't worry, we've got you covered with a range of high-quality Callaway iron sets, as well as a selection of drivers from Ping, TaylorMade, and Callaway, all provided at no extra charge. We haven't forgotten about our lady golfers, kids, and lefties – we have clubs available for them too! So, come swing away without any worries.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Bathrooms available on site

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • The Full Swing simulators are equipped to handle righties and lefties, even if you’re playing a round together. Lefty clubs are also available as part of our complimentary selection
  • There is a bar and kitchen that will be open on location. Come check out a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and delicious food
  • No Show / Cancellation Fee for MEMBERSHIP DEAL: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations and no-shows within 12 hours of a member's off-peak booking will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours for a members PEAK booking will be charged 50% of the cost of scheduled service

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 12 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 12 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
