• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Individuals with disabilities: The vessel is equipped with A/C and restrooms, but for specific accommodations, please contact in advance.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The sightseeing tour lasts 90 minutes.
• What’s included: Safety briefing, life jacket, guided boat ride through the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW) of Miami and Biscayne Bay, where the crew shares the history and culture of Miami. Beer, wine, and soda available for purchase.
• Who will be present: The excursion is limited to 25 passengers to ensure a more intimate experience.
• Photo/ video: Personal photography is encouraged; however, care should be taken with electronic devices.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience operates rain or shine, thanks to the vessel's equipped A/C and covered areas.
• Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes before your trip time at 390 Alton Rd, Suite A, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
• Parking: Public parking available at Miami Beach Marina's "North" parking garage. Do not park in the surface lot adjacent to Monty's or in spots marked "Marina Decal" to avoid being ticketed or towed. Ensure to pay for parking as it is strictly enforced.
• What to wear: Clothing that can handle a splash or two is recommended.
• What to bring: Photo ID, the credit card used for the reservation, and extra cash for onboard purchases like beer, wine, and soda.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
