How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience takes place rain or shine, thanks to the yacht's equipped amenities.
• Arrival: Guests should plan to arrive 15 minutes before their trip time at 390 Alton Rd, Suite A, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
• Parking: Public parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Miami Beach Marina's "North" parking garage. Be sure to pay for parking to avoid tickets, booting, or towing.
• What to wear: Casual but neat attire is recommended, with men required to wear sleeves. No beachwear, athletic wear, or cutoff shorts are permitted.
• What to bring: A photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation are required at check-in. Personal belongings can be brought on board, with electronic equipment allowed at your own risk.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
