What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 1 hour. Tour may go slightly longer depending on group dynamics and conditions.
• What’s included:
  • Scenic glass-bottom boat cruise outside Waikiki.
  • Friday night fireworks viewing.
  • Honolulu skyline and underwater light viewing.
  • Bottled water, coolers with ice, shaded seating (3/4 of boat), and bathroom facilities onboard.
• Who will be present: A licensed captain and crew will be onboard to host the experience. Groups may include multiple families or parties.
• Spectators: All guests must have a ticket; no additional spectators allowed without booking.
• Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to bring cameras; dry storage is available onboard.
• Specific rules to follow: A U.S. Coast Guard passenger manifest must be completed with all names prior to departure.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Tours operate in most weather conditions but may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and Coast Guard manifest requirements.
• Parking: Available near 1025 Ala Moana Blvd Slip F-21, Honolulu, HI 96814; allow extra time for traffic and parking.
• What to wear: Light, comfortable clothing; a light jacket is recommended for evening breezes.
• What to bring:
  • Food and drinks (optional, coolers are provided for storage).
  • Sunscreen and sunglasses.
  • Camera for photos.
  • Gratuity for the crew (appreciated but not required).
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restroom available onboard; no changing facilities provided.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
