This cruise is perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking to experience the magic of a Hawaiian sunset from the water.

Health limitations: Not for pregnant women or those with severe medical conditions.
Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children under 3 years old can join for free but need to be signed up at the time of reservation.
Individuals with disabilities: Accessibility for hard of hearing, but not wheelchair accessible.
Languages: English and Japanese spoken by guides.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2.5 hours. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement.
What’s included: A scenic sunset cruise along the Waikiki Coastline toward Diamond Head, with opportunities to see whales, turtles, and dolphins.
Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (up to 45 people).
Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
Specific rules to follow: Follow the guide’s instructions at all times. No smoking allowed.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour is weather dependent. In case of bad weather, it will be rescheduled.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: Free public parking is available at Kewalo Basin Harbor.
What to wear: Casual comfortable attire, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a long sleeve jacket.
What to bring:
- Motion sickness medicine (if needed)
- Bring Your Own Beverages (NO GLASS PLEASE)
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms, but there are restrooms at the harbor.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Make sure to use the bathroom before leaving your hotel as there is no time to stop during the trip to the harbor.
Check the place and time for check-in or pickup the day before.
Inform us if the name used for booking the tour is different from the hotel reservation name by 5:00 PM the day before the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
