Age: 16+
Height: Must be at least 5’ tall
Weight: Cannot exceed 300 pounds
Physical limitations: Need to be able to ride an e-bike for 20 miles.
Experience level: Participants must be confident and experienced with riding a regular bike.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Participants must be at least 16 years old. Children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Dietary restrictions: Specialized snacks can be accommodated with at least 48 hours notice.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 3-3.5 hours

- Lxury step-through 750 watt e-bikes fully loaded with torque sensors, 4 inch fat tires to cruise bumps and hills with ease, plus front shocks suspension, extra-cushioned seats, upgraded pedals and step-through design for maximum comfort
- Secure rear bike racks with personal pouches and phone mount
- Safety helmets & high-visibility vests
- Complimentary snacks & water
- Expert local guide who is CPR/First Aid Certified & Vaccinated
Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times as well as up to 6 total participants.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This tour is weather dependent, and will be assessed per health and safety. If weather is a concern the experience provider will update tour viability at least 1-hour prior.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance
Parking: There is abundant free street parking at the meeting location.
What to wear: Comfortable, fitted clothing, closed-toed shoes, a warm sweater/layer as well as sunglasses.
What to bring:
- Feel free to bring your personal water bottle, however complimentary water and snacks are also provided in your personal pouches. The experience provider also offers storage at their office for any bags/suitcases while you are on the tour.
- Gratuity for your guide is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the experience. Suggested gratuity is $20-$30 per person.
Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the meeting location.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
