What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The show is approximately 75 minutes.

• Spectators: Only ticketed guests are permitted entry.
• Photo/ video: Personal photos may be taken before the show begins. Flash photography and video recording are not permitted during the performance.
• Specific rules to follow: Late seating is not allowed; guests must arrive on time. All guests must comply with venue safety and staff instructions.

• Arrival: Arrive 15–30 minutes prior to showtime to allow for check-in and seating.
• Parking: Paid parking is available at or near the Sphere and adjacent Las Vegas Strip locations.

• The show begins promptly at its scheduled time, and late entry is not permitted.
• Guests prone to motion sickness or sensory sensitivities should exercise caution due to the use of motion and light effects.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

Exchanges are only valid if the original experience has not yet been redeemed and must apply to the full value of the original voucher. Partial exchanges are not permitted once this experience has been redeemed.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked.
