Using Your Experience

• Your hotel stay and Mystery Road Trip experience can be used together or separately—plan the perfect getaway or enjoy them on different occasions.

Hotel Stay Information

• Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to check into the hotel.
• What’s included: A stay in a hotel of your choice (from a carefully curated list of hotels offered).
• Check-in/check-out: Hotel check-in and check-out times vary. Please confirm with your selected hotel in advance.
• Pets: Most hotels do not allow pets. Check with the hotel directly if you plan to bring one.

Mystery Road Trip

• Age: All age groups are welcome.
• License: Participants must have a valid driver’s license and drive their own vehicle.
• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Duration: This self-guided experience lasts up to 8 hours, depending on the time spent at each stop.
• What’s included: A well-curated itinerary and beautifully crafted booklet with directions, destination hints, and details on small businesses, hidden gems, and unique local spots.
  • *Note that the booklet is shipped after the recipient has gone through the booking process, not at time of purchase
• What to bring:
  • Water, snacks, and any essentials for a day on the road
  • Fully charged phone to access instructions and digital content
  • Personal items and cash or card for any additional purchases along the route
• What's not included: Fuel, parking fees, attraction entrance fees, food, and drinks are not included.
• Shipping: Shipping is free (15 business days).
• Experience Provider: Detailed information about your Experience Provider will be provided in your booking confirmation email, ensuring peace of mind and quality throughout your trip.

Additional Considerations

• Credit card requirement: A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your restaurant reservation.
• Flights & travel: Flights and additional travel arrangements are not included in this package.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

All bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed once the experience is booked. The rescheduling policy will depend on the hotel and restaurant chosen.
