Using Your Experience

  • Your hotel stay and Top of the Rock experience can be used together or separately—plan the perfect getaway or enjoy them on different occasions.
    Hotel Stay Information
  • Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to check into the hotel.
  • What’s included: A stay in a hotel of your choice (from a carefully curated list of hotels offered).
  • Check-in/check-out: Hotel check-in and check-out times vary. Please confirm with your selected hotel in advance.
  • Pets: Most hotels do not allow pets. Check with the hotel directly if you plan to bring one.
    Top of the Rock Experience
  • Children: Children 3 years and younger are free. All children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Individuals with disabilities: 360 CHICAGO is ADA-compliant and committed to making the guest experience memorable and accessible for all guests. Elevators and restrooms can accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, and strollers. Ramps around the observation deck make the entire 360-degree experience easy to enjoy for everyone. Service dogs are welcome with proper identification.
  • Languages: High definition interactive touch screens are offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Chinese. Guests have the opportunity to gaze upon their favorite views and interactively learn about the sights from every angle imaginable. The panoramic touch screens feature 360-degree views of the Chicago skyline as well as information on the city’s history, architecture, natural scenery, and culture.
  • Duration: You are welcome to stay as long as you like. Most guests spend about 60 to 90 minutes enjoying the experience.
  • What’s included: Your ticket includes entry to the 94th-floor observation deck and access to the CloudWalk experience and CloudBar. The CloudBar is an 18 seat bar that celebrates Chicago's 77 neighborhoods with a locally inspired cocktail menu and illustrations from renowned Chicago street artist, Lauren Asta.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive a few minutes in advance.
  • Parking: It is recommended that guests book parking in advance through SpotHero. To reserve your parking spot, visit the 360 CHICAGO SpotHero Parking Page.
    Additional Considerations
  • Flights & travel: Flights and additional travel arrangements are not included in this package.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

All bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed once the experience is booked. The rescheduling policy will depend on the hotel and experience chosen.
