In a pitch-black room, you'll enjoy a surprise multi-course meal where you won’t know the menu or even see your plate. With guidance from blind or visually impaired servers, this immersive evening is as much about human connection and perspective as it is about gourmet food. • Health limitations: Not recommended for individuals with severe food allergies unless disclosed and confirmed in advance

• Individuals with disabilities: The dining room is accessible; guides are trained to assist blind or visually impaired guests

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours
• What’s included: A multi-course surprise meal served in total darkness, guided by trained staff; gratuity is included in the ticket price
• Who will be present: A guide will be with you at all times; up to 16 guests may be dining during the same session
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation
• Photo/video: No phones, flashlights, or light-emitting devices are allowed in the dining room
• Specific rules to follow: Guests must follow staff instructions, especially regarding device use and movement in the dark

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance for orientation
• Parking: Street parking available; nearby public garages may also be used
• What to wear: Smart casual attire recommended (avoid clothing or accessories that emit light)
• What to bring:
  • Please leave phones and electronics off and away during the experience
  • Personal belongings will be safely stored before entering the dining room
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite; no changing rooms or lockers

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
