Physical limitations: The bus is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Assistance is available for the 7 steps to the panoramic terrace, and there is space for a wheelchair on the lower deck.

Children: Children under 12 are welcome, and a children's menu is available. Please inform in advance if bringing a baby for a larger table.
Individuals with disabilities: The bus is wheelchair accessible on the lower deck. Please contact to make arrangements for best conditions.
Dietary restrictions: All types of nutritional requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.
Languages: Commentary is available via an app in different languages.
Pets: Small, well-trained, and well-behaved pets are allowed.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time.
Parking: Not specified; plan for nearby parking or public transport.

Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are toilets on the bus, and a checkroom with space for luggage is available.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
