• Health limitations: Aescape is committed to ensuring safety when using their massage product. Like with any massage, they have developed a view of when to avoid use of Aescape. This list is not all inclusive, so if you have any ongoing injuries, disorders, diseases, or conditions, it is recommended that you consult your physician before using Aescape.
  • Avoid using Aescape if you have any of the following: pregnancy, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, heart disease or any heart-related condition (including pacemaker), fracture, significant cuts, bruises or open wounds, history or heightened risk of blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, fever or infectious disease, active cancer, recent surgery or injury, herniated/bulging disc, kidney or liver disease, intoxication, brace or cast on the body, neck, or legs, any other condition (e.g., inflammation) that increases any risks associated with getting a massage.
  • Consult a physician before using Aescape if you have any of the following: bone diseases, spine and nerve conditions, skin disorders, kidney conditions, liver conditions, cardiac conditions, diabetes, connective tissue disorders, leg conditions, varicose veins​.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.​
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to check in and change into provided apparel. ​
• Parking: Parking availability depends on the location; please check with your specific Aescape location.​
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing recommended for relaxation.​
• What to bring: Personal belongings can be stored in designated spaces, but it’s best to bring only essentials.​

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Sessions are customized to each participant, with AI-driven adjustments for an optimized massage experience.​
• Aescape provides apparel for the session, which is required to receive the massage.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
