• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed in the studio.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Choose between 30-minute, 1 hour, 1.25 hour, 1.5 hour, and 2 hour packages.
• What’s included: Massage service and professional massage therapist.
• Who will be present: A massage therapist and the participant. 
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed.
• Photo/ video: Photos are allowed before and after the service if desired.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance. If you arrive late your session time may be shortened in order to comply with the schedule.
• Parking: Garage parking is available near the meeting location.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing.
• What to bring:
  • Identification for check-in.
  • Gratuity for your therapist is greatly appreciated if you are happy with the service.

   

• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are no lockers or changing rooms, however, restrooms are available on site.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
