This tour not only provides a scenic view of the city’s skyline but also educates on the architectural and environmental advancements that define the modern urban landscape of New York.

What’s included: Narrated tour by a member of the American Institute of Architects, focusing on climate resiliency and sustainable architecture. Includes one complimentary beverage; additional drinks available for purchase.
Who will be present: Hosted by Doug Fox, an AIA member, alongside a knowledgeable crew. The tour provides 1.5 to 2.5 LU HSW Continuing Education Credits for applicable professionals.
Photo/ video: Photography is encouraged, but we ask that you be mindful of other guests and the narration.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine. In severe weather, decisions will be made that could affect the tour route.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure to accommodate check-in procedures.
Parking: Available at Chelsea Piers
What to wear: Comfortable attire suitable for the weather; layers are recommended as it can be cooler on the water.
What to bring: Light snacks are allowed; however, a selection is available for purchase onboard.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
