What to expect on the day of the experience?

• What’s included: Enjoy a complimentary Mimosa or other beverage, with additional drinks available for purchase. Experience iconic sights of New York City from a unique vantage point on the water.
• Who will be present: You will have a guide narrating the tour, as well as a cruise crew, and other participants.
• Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to take photos and videos; the open deck offers unobstructed views of the city’s skyline and landmarks.
• Specific rules to follow: Seating is assigned. If booking tickets separately from others in your group, specify seating arrangements upon booking to ensure you can sit together.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The cruise is designed to run rain or shine. In cases of severe weather, adjustments or cancellations may be made.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before departure to ensure enough time for boarding.
• Parking: Available at Chelsea Piers.
• What to wear: Dress for comfort and weather; layers are recommended as it can be cooler on the water.
• What to bring: Essential items like sunglasses and sunscreen, a camera, and additional snacks if desired, although keep it light.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
