  • Health limitations: Visitors are reminded that they are visiting a memorial to those that perished in the Pearl Harbor attack, and the tour involves a moderate amount of walking with potential trip hazards.
  • Experience level: Suitable for all levels; however, visitors should be comfortable with moderate walking.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
  • Individuals with disabilities: Accessibility is available; however, certain areas may be limited due to the historical nature of the sites. Please contact us in advance to arrange accommodations.
  • Dietary restrictions: Lunch is not included, but food is available for purchase. Please plan accordingly if you have specific dietary needs.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Approximately 6 hours
  • What’s included: Round-trip transportation, guided tour of the Arizona Memorial and Pearl Harbor, and a city tour of Honolulu with stops at major landmarks.
  • Who will be present: A knowledgeable guide will accompany you throughout the tour, providing historical context and managing the schedule.
  • Photo/video: Photography is allowed; however, bags are not permitted at Pearl Harbor, so cameras must be handheld.
  • Specific rules to follow: No bags of any kind are allowed on the vehicle when traveling to Ford Island or inside Pearl Harbor. Lockers are available for storage for a fee.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the weather.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at the designated pickup location as indicated in your booking confirmation 15 minutes prior to departure.
  • Parking: Available at or near the pickup location. Further details will be provided upon booking.
  • What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothing for a respectful visit to national memorials.
  • What to bring: Government-issued photo ID is required. Bring water, sunscreen, and a hat. Remember, bags are not allowed at Pearl Harbor; only bring essentials that can fit in your pockets.
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available throughout the tour. Lockers for storing bags are available at Pearl Harbor for a fee.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
