How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour operates regardless of weather. The temperature can be chilly in the Hawaii Volcano National Park, so dressing in layers is advised.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at your designated airport meeting point well in advance of the scheduled departure time.
• Parking: Parking is available at the departure airport. Ensure to check parking details and rates.
• What to wear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes and a jacket or long-sleeved shirt.
• What to bring: Water, camera, sunscreen, and a hat. Be prepared for potential rain showers and chilly weather.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available at various stops. There are no lockers; carry essentials with you.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
