What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • What’s included: All the equipment and ingredients will be provided.
  • Who will be present: You will work with other students in groups of 2 to 4. Minimum 8 guests, maximum 24 guests will be present.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos and videos.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
  • Parking: Street parking available. Please arrive early if you plan to drive and park.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms at the experience location.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • The nature of these classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. 
  • Wine and Beer is available for purchase at the venue (this venue does not allow BYOB).

Embark on a journey into the delectable universe of Asian Dumplings!

Immerse yourself in this hands-on cooking class led by our skilled Chef Instructor, who will guide you through crafting dumplings with explosive flavors and the ideal texture. Choose between crafting traditional pork or vegetarian fillings and master various folding techniques, all while our Chef demonstrates the creation of dumpling dough from scratch (recipe included), allowing you to use prepared dumpling wrappers during the class. Discover the steaming method for cooking these delectable parcels, a technique easily replicated at home for enjoying fresh dumplings. By the class's end, you'll depart equipped with knowledge of ingredient functions, essential techniques, and the ability to elevate flavor to the fullest.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $20 per person rescheduling fee. A minimum of 8 participants is required for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, the provider reserves the right to cancel the class and will make every effort to reschedule customers.
