What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 4 hours. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour.
What’s included: The tour includes air-conditioned motorcoach transportation, 4 tacos, and 2 margaritas at selected venues.
- Soft drinks and water are available on the motorcoach, and BYOB is allowed.
Who will be present: A guide will be present at all times, and there will be up to 32 total participants on the tour.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive on time with a valid ID if consuming alcohol.
Parking: Details about parking will be provided 24 to 48 hours before the tour.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for a 4-hour tour.
What to bring: You may bring your own beverages (BYOB), phones, and cameras for photos.
Restrooms: Stops for bathroom breaks are included during the tour.

The meeting location will be communicated by the provider 24 to 48 hours before the tour time via the email and phone provided upon check-out.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked. No refunds due to weather conditions, length of lines, or wait times at the building. The Empire State Building reserves the right to close the Observatory early on very busy days. Tickets are valid for the date selected at time of purchase.
