Age: All age groups are welcome. Participants consuming alcohol must arrive with a valid ID.
Physical limitations: Need to be able to walk for 3.5 hours.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
Dietary restrictions: Cannot accommodate vegan or pescatarian diets. Limited ability to accommodate gluten-free, soy-free, or lactose-free diets, and there may be an upcharge for special items (approximately $18 per stop).

Duration: Approximately 3.5 hours. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

The Empire State Building reserves the right to close the Observatory early on very busy days. Tickets are valid for the date selected at time of purchase.
