Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children 2 and under ride for free. All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Individuals with disabilities: Unfortunately, due to the historical nature of the train cars, the train is not wheelchair accessible. The experience provider is always happy to accommodate for disabilities in any way they can, however physical restrictions such as narrow corridors, steps, and uneven platforms may not allow for full access. 
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1.5 hours
• What’s included:
  • Train ticket and tour as well as a variety of boba tea tastings.
  • Light snacks and beverages are also available for purchase onboard the train, but not included in the package.

   

• Who will be present: The train conductor and crew will be with you at all times as well as up to 175 total passengers.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: No outside food or drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are allowed on the train, as well as no smoking.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance. 
• Parking: There is parking available at the train station.
• What to wear: Comfortable and casual layered clothing is suggested to keep warm in the chilly months.
• What to bring: A valid government issued photo ID that matches the name on your reservation. 
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No lockers or changing rooms, but there are restrooms available on the train as well as at the train station.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
