The railbikes are designed for two, making it an ideal activity for partners or friends looking for an outdoor adventure. The experience includes a guided fleet, ensuring safety and direction, with a lead and trailing guide bike for support. Covering approximately 10 miles round trip, the excursion requires moderate physical effort, but thanks to motor-assisted bikes, it’s accessible to riders of most fitness levels. Participants are required to sign a liability and risk agreement before setting off, ensuring a smooth and informed experience. Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 16+ for single riders and 2+ for passengers
• Weight: Total weight of both participants cannot exceed 600 pounds
• Physical limitations: Need to be able to bike approximately 10 miles. Bikes are motor-assisted, but you still need to be able to consistently pedal for about 1 hour.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Passengers must be at least 2 years old, and be able to sit independently or ride in a baby sling. All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 
• Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour
• What’s included: Railbike, helmet, and guided tour.
• Who will be present: A guide will be with you at all times as well as up to 18 total participants.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance. 
• Parking: There is parking available at the train depot.
• What to wear: Comfortable and casual layered athletic attire is suggested to keep warm in the chilly months. Close toed shoes are required. 
• What to bring: 
  • A picture ID that matches the name on your reservation
  • A water bottle, close-toed shoes, and sunscreen
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No lockers or changing rooms, but there are restrooms available at the train depot.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
