Age: All participants must be 18+ to register, minors with a ticket are welcome with a ticketed, supervising adult.
Physical limitations: Participants should be able to sit for up to two hours and use their hands for shaping clay.
Experience level: All levels are welcome; no prior pottery or art experience is needed.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: This experience is not intended for young children; minors may attend under the supervision of an adult.
Individuals with disabilities: The venue, Travelmug Café in Boston, is wheelchair accessible, and service animals are permitted.
Dietary restrictions: Drinks are available for purchase from the café, which may offer non-alcoholic or dairy-free options.
Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the event space.

- All materials and tools to create a handmade ceramic mug
- Step-by-step instruction from a Pottery with a Purpose instructor
- One drink included from Travelmug Café’s menu (additional beverages available for purchase)
Who will be present: A pottery instructor will lead the workshop, and other participants (up to 20 guests) will share the creative space.
Spectators: Only ticketed guests may participate.
Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to take photos during the session.
Specific rules to follow: Guests must follow safety and cleanliness guidelines provided by the instructor and venue staff.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the session starts to check in and get settled.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
