Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Participants must be 21 or older to register. Minors with a ticket may attend only if accompanied and supervised by a ticketed parent or guardian.
Physical limitations: Participants should be able to sit and use both hands comfortably throughout the session.
Experience level: All levels are welcome; this workshop is beginner-friendly.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Teenagers are allowed with a ticketed guardian; the experience is primarily designed for adults.
Individuals with disabilities: Trillium Fort Point is wheelchair accessible, and service animals are permitted.
Dietary restrictions: A variety of food and drink options are available for purchase, including non-alcoholic beverages; outside food is permitted.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the brewery, except for service animals.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the workshop theme.
What’s included:
- Step-by-step instruction from an experienced pottery host
- All materials, clay, and tools needed to create up to two pottery pieces
- Extra clay to take home for additional projects
Who will be present: A pottery instructor leads the session, with other participants attending in a group setting.
Spectators: Only ticketed participants are allowed in the workshop area.
Photo/ video: Photography is encouraged during the workshop.
Specific rules to follow: All participants must adhere to venue safety and cleanliness guidelines.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time for check-in and seating.
Parking: Public parking garages and metered street parking are available nearby. The closest parking is at Stillings Street and Calvin Place.
What to wear: Comfortable, casual clothing that can get a little messy; aprons are provided.
What to bring:
- A valid photo ID for alcohol purchases
- Optional snacks or outside food
- Personal water bottle
Restrooms: Restrooms are available onsite at the brewery.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Participants can air-dry their pottery at home and paint it with the provided materials.
For waterproof or food-safe finishes, guests can use a local kiln or ceramic studio for professional glazing and firing.
$1 from each ticket is donated to mental health initiatives.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
