• Age: 10+

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children must be at least 1 years old to ride as a passenger. Baby seats and tag-alongs are available for an additional fee. If under 18 years old, participants must have parental consent.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Option for a 1 or 2 day rental. A full day rental is 24 hours from the time you pick up your bike. 
• What’s included: Bike rental, optional helmet, lock, lights, and flat tire repair kit.
• Who will be present: This is a rental for individual use.
• Spectators: Only the participant on the rental agreement can ride the bike. 
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: You are liable for any and all damage, loss, or theft of rented items. There will be a cleaning fee of $50 if the bicycle is not returned in a reasonably clean condition. The rental period starts upon pickup and ends upon return of equipment. We do not store any rental items for customers. Rental items may be picked up and dropped off only during our opening hours. An additional fee of $100 will incur if rental items are returned during our closed hours.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the reservation stands.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at your reservation time, however you may pick up your bike anytime during business hours if your plans change.
• Parking: Metered street parking and parking garages are available near the bike shop. It is recommended to use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find parking.
• What to wear: Comfortable, athletic clothing and sneakers appropriate for the weather conditions.
• What to bring: Identification, snack, sunscreen, sunglasses
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at the bike shop.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
