Age: 12+
Weight: Limit of 270 lbs (121 kg) per person. Total combined weight for three cannot exceed 580 lbs (263 kg).
Health limitations: Not recommended for individuals with serious health conditions aggravated by flight.
Physical limitations: Must be able to board the helicopter via a small step or ramp. For mobility challenges, prior arrangement is advised.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children must be 12 years old or older accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Languages: Services primarily in English.
Pets: Small service animals may be allowed; inquire at booking.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 18–22 minutes of flight time
What’s included: Private helicopter with pilot (no shared passengers), departure from Linden Airport, NJ
Who will be present: A licensed pilot with up to two passengers.
Spectators: Not permitted. Only passengers with confirmed booking may board.
Photo/ video: Bring a camera or phone; doors-off flights require all devices to be securely strapped to the body. Rental phone straps are available.
Specific rules to follow: No unstrapped items allowed during doors-off flights; smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited onboard.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Flights are weather-dependent. In case of unsafe conditions, vouchers remain valid for one year.
This is a weather dependent activity. International, or out-of-state guests are recommended to schedule your appointment during the beginning of your stay should we need to reschedule.
Arrival: Arrive 40 minutes before flight time to complete check-in, safety briefing, and weight verification.
Parking: Available at Linden Airport. Public transport via NJ Transit to Linden station is also an option.
What to wear: Comfortable attire; avoid loose clothing. Closed-toe, securely strapped shoes recommended.

Voucher or booking confirmation
All passengers must have a valid photo IDs must be presented upon request (digital copies are not acceptable).
An airport fee of $35 per person is to be paid via cash, or credit card upon arrival.
Weekend fee of $80.00 applies to all appointments booked on Saturdays or Sunday
Camera or phone with strap; unsecured bags are not allowed (free lockers available on-site).
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms and secure lockers are available at the facility before boarding.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
