  What to expect on the day of the experience?
• Duration: 2-hour brunch cruise with a 45-minute boarding process prior to departure.
• What’s included: Brunch, nonalcoholic beverages, and a scenic cruise along the waterways with views of Tampa’s historic landmarks. Additional cocktails and appetizers are available for purchase.
• Who will be present: Guests will be served by the onboard hospitality team, with other passengers also present in the chosen seating section (indoor dining room, covered deck, or outdoor bar).
• Spectators: No additional spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Guests may take their own photos and videos.
• Specific rules to follow: Craft is a smoke-free vessel. All passengers and belongings are subject to search due to Coast Guard regulations. Dress code requires polished, appropriate attire—athletic wear, torn jeans, exposed undergarments, and offensive graphics are not permitted.
  How to prepare?
• Weather dependency: The cruise operates rain or shine. Routes and menus are subject to change.
• Arrival: Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding.
• Parking:
• Channelside Parking Garage – Discounted parking available by presenting cruise confirmation.
• Garrison Street Lot – Pay via ParkMobile app; event-night rates apply.
• What to wear: Attire should be polished and cruise-appropriate. Avoid ball caps, athletic wear, and overly casual clothing.
• What to bring:
• Credit card or Apple Pay (Craft is cashless)
• The credit card used for booking and a matching photo ID
• Printed or digital ticket (saved in advance for quick access)
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available onboard.
  Anything else I should know before going on this experience?
• Gratuity is not included in the ticket price and should be paid directly to servers (cash, card, or Apple Pay accepted). A 22% gratuity is automatically applied to parties of 7 or more.
• Bills cannot be split into separate checks, though up to four credit cards may be used per party (split evenly).

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
