Guided by expert instructors, you’ll mix your wax, pour it into your chosen container, and leave with a handmade masterpiece. What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Plan for approximately 1 hour to complete the workshop.

  • Take home your custom-made candle.
• Who will be present: Workshop staff will assist throughout the experience. This is a group activity, and other participants may be present.
• Spectators: Spectators are not allowed; only participants are permitted in the workshop.
• Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to take their own photos during the activity.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow the staff's instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience and operates rain or shine.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and review instructions.
• Parking: On-site parking is available; check with your local studio for specific details.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing that can handle minor spills or splashes; aprons may be provided.
• What to bring: Optional: A camera or phone for photos.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available, but no changing rooms are provided.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 2 weeks before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 2 weeks in advance means losing the value of your experience.
