How to prepare?

• Parking: Pre-purchased parking passes are strongly recommended. Use official lots, ride-share zones, or public transit links to avoid congestion.
• What to wear: Team colors, comfortable clothing, and layered attire are recommended. Bring sun protection (sunglasses, hat) or light outerwear if weather is variable.

• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available throughout the stadium; lockers and changing rooms are not typically provided.

• Respect the code of conduct and behavior standards established by the venue, failure to comply can result in ejection or suspension of future access.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

Exchanges are only valid if the original experience has not yet been redeemed and must apply to the full value of the original voucher. Partial exchanges are not permitted once this experience has been redeemed.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked.
