What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Who will be present: You will be joined by other patrons in the movie theatre. Theatre capacities vary from 50-500 seats, but are most commonly 50-100 seats.
• Photo/ video: Cinemark Theatres generally prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices, including photography, during movie screenings.
• Specific rules to follow: No outside food or drink. Cell phones must be silenced, and seat arrangements followed.

• Parking: Parking is available onsite.

• Cinemark Prepaid Tickets are valid for one admission to any movie at any time at all United States Cinemark theatres, subject to the following terms. Additional charges will apply for IMAX, D-Box, XD, ScreenX and RealD admission. Admission to movies with pricing higher than normal box office ticket pricing may result in an additional charge. Not valid for admission to any virtual reality experiences, pre-recorded broadcasted or streaming live-events, or other special events. Prepaid Tickets may be used at Cinemark.com or at the theatre box office. Prepaid Tickets are non-refundable and redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

Once Cinemark tickets have been requested, Giftory vouchers are considered used and are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
