Once the pour is done, the candle needs a little time to set before it is ready to travel, so plan to explore, grab a coffee, or run an errand nearby while it cools. Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The candle making itself takes about 1 hour, and the finished candle then needs up to 2 hours to cool before it's ready to take home.
• What's included: This gift card provides value toward a custom fragrance blending session and the materials to pour a personalized soy wax candle or bath and body product.
• Who will be present: A studio associate guides the scent blending process. This is a walk in retail space, so other customers may be creating alongside you at the same time.
• Spectators: Friends and family are welcome to browse the shop while you create.
• Photo/video: Photos are encouraged

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: No advance arrival time is required for walk in visits. Groups of 6 or more should confirm arrival details when planning a party.
• Parking: Parking available near studio locations
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing is recommended, since the process involves handling wax and fragrance oils.

• This gift card can be redeemed at any participating Candle Chemistry studio location.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
