What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours
• What’s included: The chef will bring all ingredients to your home, prepare and cook the full menu in your kitchen, serve each course, and handle all clean-up.
• Who will be present: A professional chef will be in your home for the duration of the experience, preparing and serving a private multi-course meal for your group of 10+ guests.
• Spectators: No additional spectators are allowed; everyone present must be part of the booked experience
• Photo/ video: Guests are welcome to take their own photos and videos throughout the experience

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor, in-home experience and runs regardless of weather
• Arrival: The chef will arrive at your home at the scheduled time. Please ensure kitchen space is available for cooking.
• Parking: Provide parking details or instructions for the chef prior to the event.
• What to bring: Optional wine or beer (BYOB) to enjoy with your meal
• Restrooms: Chefs will need access to the home's restroom facilities

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• The hibachi grill is 68.3" L x 27.5" W x 41.3" H. This experience is best outside in backyards, terraces, balconies etc.
• Travel fees are uncommon, but some chefs may charge based on the distance traveled or the size of the group
• The cost includes service, so tips are not required; however, they’re always a thoughtful gesture and can be added after the event when leaving a review

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
