• Children: Children aged 5 and under can join for free; however, they need to be signed up at the time of reservation.​
• Individuals with disabilities: One World Observatory is wheelchair accessible, and service animals are allowed. ​
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.​

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Plan to spend approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour at the observatory. ​

• Who will be present: This is a self-guided experience; however, Tour Ambassadors are available to provide information and answer questions. ​
• Photo/Video: Photography for personal use is permitted.​

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.​
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled entry time. ​
• Parking: Parking facilities are available nearby, including SP+ Parking at 42 Barclay Street and Icon Parking at 70 Vesey Street., but it is recommended to use public transportation.
• What to bring:
  • Valid identification.​
  • Your ticket (digital or printed).​
• Restrooms/Lockers/Changing rooms: Restrooms are available on all three levels of the observatory, as well as in the exit lobby on the first floor upon departing the elevators. ​

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• All visitors must pass through security screening upon entry.​
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.​
• The observatory is a cashless venue; reverse ATMs are available for cash conversion if needed.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for any other experience in our marketplace, free of charge, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
