Whether you're discovering the "Creole" side of town or venturing into the American Sector, you'll have the freedom to chart your course with optional self-guided tour maps. Just pick up your ride from our shop in the heart of the French Quarter and get ready for an unforgettable day of adventure!

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Minimum age is 15 years old.
• Weight: Maximum rider weight is 275 pounds.
• Height: Riders must be between 5' and 6'5".
• Physical limitations: Riders must be able to confidently operate a bicycle and adhere to traffic laws.
• Experience level: This experience is not recommended for beginners. Riders should be comfortable riding a bike in an urban setting.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: This is not an experience for children under 15 years old. All participants must pay to participate.
• Individuals with disabilities: Not wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Rentals must be returned by the end of the business day.
• What’s included: Electric bike (Juiced 'RipRacer'), lock, helmet, bell, handlebar bag, and bottled water. Additional items such as maps and smartphone holders are available for purchase or rent.
• Who will be present: No guide is included as this is a rental service.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must rent a bike to participate.
• Photo/Video: You may take your own photos.
• Specific rules to follow: Riders must adhere to all traffic laws and may not transport the bikes in vehicles. The company reserves the right to deny services to anyone for any reason.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Bikes must be returned by the end of the business day regardless of weather. Electric bike tours operate only in dry weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive on time for bike pick-up.
• Parking: Please make necessary arrangements.
• What to wear: Dress for the weather, including sunscreen and closed-toe shoes. Flip-flops and high heels are not recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Valid photo ID and credit card for rental.
  • Optional: Water, snacks, and a smartphone holder (available for rent).
  • Helmets are required for riders under 18 years old.
• Restrooms/Lockers/Changing rooms: Restrooms are available at the shop.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Riders must sign the 'Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement' before renting the bike.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked.
