What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The tour lasts approximately 2 hours.
• What’s included: Guided tour of historical bars in the French Quarter with two complimentary cocktails included.
• Who will be present: A knowledgeable local guide will lead the tour. Group sizes may vary, but typically do not exceed 10 people to maintain a personalized experience.
• Spectators: Only paid participants are allowed on the tour; no options for spectators to join.
• Photo/ video: Participants are encouraged to take photos and videos throughout the tour to capture the vibrant nightlife and historic settings.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour takes place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for weather conditions.
• Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. The meeting point is at 241 Decatur St., New Orleans, LA.
• Parking: Parking may be challenging in the French Quarter. It's recommended to use public transportation or a rideshare service. Arriving early to find parking is advisable if driving.
• What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as there will be considerable walking on uneven surfaces.
• What to bring:
  • A valid ID to verify age for alcohol consumption
  • A camera or smartphone for photos
  • Personal water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Weather-appropriate clothing, such as an umbrella or raincoat if rain is expected
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Access to restrooms will be available at the tour stops, but there are no lockers or changing rooms.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• It's recommended to have a meal prior to the tour as only two drinks are included, and consuming alcohol on an empty stomach is not advisable.
• Tips for the guide and any additional purchases at the bars are not included and should be prepared for separately.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
