These aren’t stiff, posed portraits, instead, the session lets your family move, laugh, and enjoy time together while the photographer frames the story naturally. From candid hugs to joyful chaos, you’ll come away with a gallery of beautifully edited images that reflect who your family is right now, and memories you’ll treasure for years to come.

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: Accessibility options depend on the chosen location. Service animals are allowed.
• Pets: Pets may be allowed upon request if appropriate for the location.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The shoot length varies based on the selected package.
• What’s included: A local photographer to capture moments, an online gallery with high-resolution photos, and a variety of photo packages:
  • 30 minutes (up to 6 people), minimum of 20 images
  • 1 hour (up to 10 people), minimum of 35 images
  • 1 hour 30 minutes (up to 15 people), minimum of 50 images
  • 2 hours (up to 15 people), minimum of 65 images
  • 3 hours (up to 15 people), minimum of 95 images
• Who will be present: You and your party, along with the photographer.
• Spectators: This is a private experience; no spectators are allowed.
• Photo/ video: The photographer will take professional photos. No outside photographers are needed. You may take your own behind-the-scenes photos.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow the photographer's guidance for the best results. Smoking is not allowed during the shoot.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience will run rain or shine. The photographer may suggest location changes for shelter in case of heavy rain.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance to meet the photographer and discuss the shoot.
  • If you are running late, the session will be shortened accordingly, and the photographer may not be able to extend the time.
• Parking: Parking options depend on the location. Check local parking availability beforehand.
• What to wear: Dress in comfortable clothing that reflects your style. Coordinate outfits with your group if desired for a cohesive look.
• What to bring:
  • Bring any props that may add a personal touch to your photos.
  • Phones and personal items are allowed, but keep them secured.
  • Ensure valuables are kept safe during the shoot as there are no lockers.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Not available at the meeting point.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Photographs will be available in JPEG format in an online gallery within five business days.
• RAW files are not provided to protect the work of the photographer.
• You have the rights to use the photos for personal use (not commercial). Print them, share them and hopefully hang them on your wall. The provider would like to showcase your photos in their portfolio, but if you are shy, or prefer to keep them private, just let them know and they will never post anything publicly. Your photographer retains the copyright.
• The photographer may change the route based on availability and pre-existing plans.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 15 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 15 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
