What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Full-day (8 Hours) rental
What’s included: Fat tire bike rental and a bike lock.
Who will be present: No guide is provided. Self-guided bike rental.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed. All participants must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos during the ride.
Specific rules to follow: Please arrive on time and follow traffic rules while riding.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rentals run rain or shine. Severe weather will be addressed on the day of the program.
Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes before your rental starting time.
Parking: Parking is available near the Bikes and Segway Shop, located at 1655 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing for biking. Sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended.
What to bring:
- Credit card and photo ID for security deposit.
- Phones and electronics are allowed for personal use and photography.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restrooms or lockers are provided, but public facilities may be available nearby.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
