What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 45 minutes for the Electric Side By Side Dual Trike tour.
What’s included: A guided tour through South Beach, including stops at South Pointe Park, Washington Ave, Ocean Drive, and the Miami Beach Boardwalk.
- Your guide will tailor the tour experience to showcase personal insights and favorite local spots around Miami Beach.
Who will be present: A guide will be with you throughout the tour. Other participants may join, with group sizes varying.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed. All participants must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos during the tour. Professional photographers are not available.
Specific rules to follow: Please arrive on time and follow the guide’s instructions. Smoking is not permitted during the tour.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour runs rain or shine. In case of severe weather, adjustments may be made on the day.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Parking: Parking is available near the departure location at 1655 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes for sitting on the trike.
What to bring:
- Valid photo identification and the credit card used for booking.
- Phones and electronics are allowed for personal use and photography.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restrooms or lockers are available at the departure location.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
