After purchase, you can request your preferred dates and times by following the instructions in the email you receive. If it's a gift, the recipient will also get an email with booking instructions.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: The class is designed for adults and teens; it is not a children-friendly environment
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.
  • Individuals with disabilities: There are two steps from the sidewalk to enter the building, but once inside the building is wheelchair accessible. Service animals are welcome.
  • Dietary restrictions: Please make note of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 3 hours
  • What’s included: 
    • Cooking class, dinner, and gratuity for the chef
    • An engaging group activity at each class. While not everyone receives a bowl and spoon, inclusivity is our priority, ensuring that no one feels left out.
  • Who will be present: Your professional chef and up to 34 participants. 
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
  • Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged.
  • Specific rules to follow: Outside beverages are not permitted.

 

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This experience takes place indoors in a commercial kitchen.
  • Arrival: Plan on arriving promptly at the scheduled class time. There is a reception for 15 minutes at the start of the event to allow everyone to gather, which allows for a small buffer in case you're running late. If you are 25 minutes late, your ticket is forfeited, and you will not be let in.
  • Parking: The closest parking garage is at 51 Beaver Street and is 3-4 minutes walking distance from our venue.
  • What to wear: Comfortable shoes and clothing you can cook in.
  • What to bring: Identification and a desire to learn!
  • Gratuity: Gratuity for your instructor is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the class. $20 per person is recommended.
  • Restrooms: Restrooms are available onsite.
