  • Children ages 0–2 pay a $5 booking fee.
  • All participants, including children, must have a ticket.
  • In compliance with California State Law, children under 8 years old or shorter than 4'9" must use an appropriate car seat or booster in the rear seat. Rear-facing car seats are required for children weighing less than 40 pounds or shorter than 40 inches.
    • Parents are responsible for providing the appropriate car seat or booster.
• Individuals with disabilities: The vehicles used for this tour are not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to independently board and navigate several steps within the vehicle.
• Languages: Every tour includes an English-speaking live driver-guide.
  • A multilingual audio guide app is also available in 10 additional languages: Spanish, French, Japanese, Portuguese, German, Russian, Italian, Catalan, Korean, and Chinese.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted on the tour, except for service animals if organized in advance with the provider.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 5.5 hours, with traffic permitting. Tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement and LA traffic.
• What's included: A narrated sightseeing tour aboard a luxury climate-controlled mini-coach, starting and ending at the Hollywood Visitor Center.
  • The tour covers Hollywood Blvd, the Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Bel Air, and includes four dedicated stops:
    • a 30-minute stop at Beverly Hills & Rodeo Drive
    • a 45-minute stop at Santa Monica Pier & Beach
    • a 75-minute lunch stop at the Original Farmers Market & The Grove (lunch not included — guests pay separately)
    • a 30-minute stop at Griffith Observatory for Hollywood Sign views.
      • Note: The interior of Griffith Observatory is closed on Mondays; guests will still enjoy the exterior and Hollywood Sign viewpoint, with extra time added to the Beverly Hills stop.
  • Gratuities are not included in the ticket price.
• Who will be present: A live local driver-guide will be present throughout the tour. The vehicle is a premium climate-controlled mini-coach. Group size is kept intentionally small for a more personal experience.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all guests must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/video: Photos and videos are strongly encouraged throughout the tour. The open-air bus design offers great photo opportunities from the vehicle and at stops.
• Specific rules to follow: Smoking and vaping are not permitted during the tour. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on board.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour typically operates in light rain and moderate weather conditions. It may be cancelled on short notice in the event of severe or unsafe weather. Check the weather before departure and dress accordingly.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Parking: Public parking is available at 1670 N Sycamore Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Street parking is also available within walking distance.
• What to wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and good walking shoes are recommended. Sunscreen and sunglasses are advisable on sunny days.
• What to bring:

• The tour begins and ends at the Hollywood Visitor Center, 7044 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Arriving early allows time to explore Hollywood before or after the tour.
• It is recommended to review the dining and shopping options at The Grove / Farmers Market before arriving to maximize the 75-minute stop.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
