Any restrictions to participate?

Age: All ages are allowed on the tours
Weight: 300 lbs per passenger - passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional comfort seat. All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in.
Health limitations: It's recommended that pregnant women check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.
Physical limitations: The helicopters can stow collapsible wheelchairs with detachable wheels and other compact mobility equipment. Motorized wheelchairs are not permitted onboard the helicopters. Be advised that for passenger safety, our staff cannot assist in boarding or disembarking an aircraft except in cases of emergency. Passengers must be able to use the aircraft seat during flight.

Individuals with disabilities: This experience is wheelchair accessible; passengers must be able to use aircraft seats during flight (also see physical limitations).
Languages: Narrations are available in Chinese - Mandarin & Cantonese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Pets: No pets allowed

- Tour Duration: Approximately 10 hours from hotel pick-up to hotel drop-off
- Flight Duration: Approximately 70 minutes
- Approximately 30 minutes spent on the Canyon floor

- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available. The partner's specialists are available daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
- Baggage Restrictions - Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather, you have the option of rescheduling to a new date/time at no charge
Arrival: Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
Parking: Transportation included.
What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.
What to bring: Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available

Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge between $5 - $30 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.

Terminal Check-in: Arrive at the terminal, check-in 45 minutes before the flight.
Helicopter Lift-off: Experience a thrilling narrated tour over the Grand Canyon.
Canyon Descent and Landing: Descend 3,200 feet, land alongside the Colorado River, enjoy champagne, a light picnic, and 30 minutes at the canyon floor.
Return to the Terminal: Capture memories as you return to the terminal with Grand Canyon photos.
Hotel Transfer for River Adventure: Check in, meet your guide, transfer to Hoover Dam's base.
Motorized Rafting Experience: Board a raft for an 11-mile float trip through Black Canyon and down the Colorado River. Lunch and beverage provided.
Float Trip Conclusion at Willow Beach: The trip concludes at Willow Beach.
Complimentary Shuttle Service: Enjoy a shuttle back to your hotel, concluding this comprehensive adventure.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
