The Hydro Wand enhances the treatment by infusing your skin with potent serums tailored for hydration and rejuvenation. Alongside this, the standard steps of cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, and extractions are customized to maximize the benefits for your skin type.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 50 minutes
• What’s included: Rejuvenating facial specific to your skin type. 
• Who will be present: A licensed esthetician and the participant. 
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed.
• Photo/ video: Photos are allowed before and after the service if desired.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 5 minutes in advance to check in.
• Parking: There is parking available near the location.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing. No makeup is recommended, however light makeup is acceptable. 
• What to bring:
  • Identification
  • Cash gratuity for your esthetician is greatly appreciated if you are happy with the service.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are no lockers or changing rooms, however, restrooms are available on site.

  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • Microblading

    If so, sit tight! Please wait at least 14 days before getting your next facial.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
