Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Flyers must be at least 6 years old. Observers can be of any age.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions or severe medical restrictions.
• Experience level: Suitable for both beginners and experienced individuals. No prior parasailing experience is required.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children aged 6 and older can participate as flyers, younger children can join as observers if accompanied by an adult.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed on the boat.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours on board, with each flight lasting between 8-10 minutes.
• What’s included: A guided parasailing experience with all necessary safety equipment provided. Observers can join at a reduced rate to watch family or friends.
• Who will be present: A professional crew including a certified parasail captain will be on the boat, along with up to 12 passengers per session.
• Photo/ video: A photo package is available for purchase. Feel free to bring your own cameras; however, they must be securely attached.
• Specific rules to follow: Alcohol and tobacco are not permitted during the trip to ensure safety and comfort for all passengers

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or canceled due to poor weather conditions.
• Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in and safety briefing.
• What to wear: Bathing suits and comfortable, quick-drying clothes are recommended. A sun hat and sunglasses can help against the sun.
• What to bring:
  • Towels and a change of clothes for after the flight.
  • Sunscreen to protect against sun exposure during the trip.
  • Water to stay hydrated.
  • If you plan to purchase the photo package, have payment methods ready.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
