• Age: All age groups are welcome, but participants must be able to handle a kayak.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for those with severe back problems or who are pregnant due to the physical nature of kayaking.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome; however, beginners will receive basic paddling instruction.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult and able to handle a small amount of physical activity.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the kayak for safety and space reasons.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
• What’s included: A guided kayak tour at sunrise, professional orientation on kayaking and safety, all kayaking equipment provided including life jackets.
• Who will be present: A knowledgeable local guide will lead the tour, and group sizes will vary based on booking but typically consist of small groups to ensure personalized attention.
• Photo/ video: Participants are encouraged to bring waterproof cameras or smartphones with waterproof cases to capture the sunrise and wildlife.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour is subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or canceled in the event of inclement weather.
• Arrival: Participants should arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for check-in and orientation.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing that can get wet, such as a bathing suit, and layers if cooler in the morning. Closed-toe water shoes or sandals with straps are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Water to stay hydrated.
  • Sunscreen and a sun hat to protect from the morning sun.
  • A towel and a change of clothes for after the tour.
  • Any necessary medications, especially if conditions such as asthma or allergies could be exacerbated by the outdoor environment.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
