Sites visited include Brittany Murphy's mansion (the location of two mysterious passings), the Viper Room and sidewalk where River Phoenix collapsed (and where Joaquin Phoenix called 911), Michael Jackson's Holmby Hills chateau where he received his fatal dose of propofol, and the Beverly Hills estate where the Menendez brothers killed their parents.
    • The tour is approximately 95% vehicular with one or two brief opportunities to exit the limousine.
    • Explicit graphic visual content is optional viewing only — all passengers choose whether to view it. Some aural descriptions are violent in nature.
• Who will be present: A professional guide accompanies the group at all times. The six-door limousine seats up to 8 passengers.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all guests must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/video: Photos are encouraged throughout the tour. Stop-and-exit opportunities provide additional photo moments.
• Specific rules to follow: No food, drinks (other than sealed bottled water), drugs, alcohol, or vaping are permitted inside the limousines. No luggage or strollers may be brought on board. Guests displaying excessively disruptive behavior may, at the sole discretion of the driver, be removed from the tour. Smoking is not permitted.

• Arrival: The guide is at the meeting point to check guests in 20 minutes before each tour begins.
  • Guests who arrive late cannot join the tour after departure, and no refund will be issued. The tour starts on schedule with no exceptions.

• What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for Southern California weather. The limousines have air conditioning, but bear in mind up to 9 people (passengers plus guide) may be on board, so temperatures can vary. Dress in layers accordingly.
• What to bring:
  • The booking confirmation serves as the ticket
  • Sealed bottled water is the only beverage permitted on board
• Restrooms: There are no restroom breaks on 2-hour tours. Use facilities at Ovation Hollywood before boarding.

• Tipping is not required but is appreciated if the guide did a great job.
