This membership not only grants unlimited visits to the gallery but also includes a free ticket for a guest on each visit, perfect for sharing the experience with friends or family. Each visit to Hopscotch is an opportunity to explore new artistic expressions, engage with installations that go beyond traditional art boundaries, and immerse yourself in creativity. The membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and allows for advanced reservation of complimentary tickets online, ensuring each trip is hassle-free and fully enjoyable.

Any restrictions to participate?

Age: All age groups are welcome. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
Individuals with disabilities: Hopscotch San Antonio is ADA accessible.
Pets: Service animals are allowed inside; pets are allowed in the lounge and on the patio.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

What’s included: Unlimited visits for one year with an annual membership, one complimentary guest ticket per visit, and access to over 40 immersive and interactive installations.
Who will be present: You, your family or friend (with one complimentary ticket per visit), and other guests. Members must reserve their visit in advance online.
Photo/video: Personal photography is encouraged; Hopscotch reserves the right to use photographs taken within the space.
Specific rules to follow: No outside food or beverages, bags may be searched, and professional video equipment requires advance approval.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
Arrival: Arrive at your scheduled ticket time slot. Early arrival is recommended for lounge access.
Parking: $5 discounted parking available at Travis Park Plaza Garage with validation.
What to wear: Socks required for the LED Ball Pit.
What to bring:
- Socks for the Ball Pit.
- Your electronic ticket QR code for entry.
- ID for alcoholic beverage purchases.
- Credit or debit card for cashless purchases.
- What NOT to Bring: Outside food or drinks, tripods without approval, costumes that obscure the face or are insensitive, and prohibited items like weapons or illegal substances.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Some exhibits may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Food trucks are available on the patio; check the website for availability.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked.
